Challenge
Teams of 5 to 50 people kept hitting the same wall. Simple todo apps could not handle project coordination, and enterprise tools were overbuilt and expensive. Team members planned their days in one tool, tracked projects in another, and coordinated meetings through a calendar. Information was scattered and managers had no clear picture of what was actually getting done. What was needed was a single place where personal daily planning naturally flows into team project work. No unnecessary complexity, with support for existing calendar tools, and a way to see who is working on what.
Solution
We built a platform that brings two worlds into one environment. Every team member gets a personal daily board for planning tasks, meetings, and admin work. These personal plans link directly to project goals, so managers can track progress without micromanaging. The platform connects to existing calendars, so teams do not need to change their habits. Notifications, meeting reminders, and presence sharing ensure everyone knows who is where and what they are working on. The whole solution is modular. Teams start with personal planning and add project management as they grow.
